My name is Daniel Álvarez, and I was born in Zamora, Michoacán—a beautiful city south of Guadalajara where human values and a strong sense of community are a central part of life.

I trained as an Architectural Engineer and later earned a Master’s Degree in Property Valuation from the Universidad del Valle de Atemajac (UNIVA) in Puerto Vallarta. I moved to this stunning coastal city in January 2016 to complete my graduate studies, and it was here—between classes and new beginnings—where I discovered my true calling: real estate.

Since then, with 9 years of experience selling Real Estate. I have devoted my career to real estate with passion, professionalism, and a comprehensive approach that combines technical expertise, valuation skills, and personalized client care. Over the past nine years, I’ve had the privilege of working with national and international buyers and sellers—primarily from Mexico, the United States, and Canada—helping them make sound investments and fulfill their property goals in one of the most desirable regions of Mexico.

In 2025, after nearly a decade as a licensed agent, I decided to take the next step in my career. With my broker’s license in hand, I launched my own real estate agency—built on the vision of providing comprehensive solutions that go far beyond just a sale. I also excel in buyer representation, particularly for foreign clients purchasing through fideicomisos (bank trusts) in restricted zones.
